  • Detached Retina: The increased pressure could worsen a detached retina.

  • Glaucoma: The practice may exacerbate eye pressure in people with glaucoma.

  • Epilepsy: The rapid breathing may trigger seizures in individuals with epilepsy.

Every woman's birthing experience is unique from a physical level of how your body embraced labouring, the time it took, the emotions expressed or suppressed to the point of being able to hold your baby in your arms.

Society's focus is primarily on the babies wellbeing after birth with no time at all to process the huge journey of labouring impacting your wellbeing as instantly thrown into providing for your childs needs before your own.
Emotions can be trapped from this experience along with negative beliefs that may impact your motherhood wellbeing.

My own PTSD from an emergency C section has led me to help woman heal from their own labouring experiences

Sessions are 45-60 minutes, totally private all processed on paper with opportunity to share only if you wish to.

I had the amazing privilege of having a belief coding session with the beautiful Tashy.

This was my first ever session and wow what a life changing few days it's been!!!

Tashy was absolutely amazing, she guided me through some difficult memories but at all times I felt safe and secure. She was very calm and gentle, I already felt very connected to her energy from a quick phone call we had prior to the session.

I have had very big issues with anxiety and blushing for as long as I can remember. This would stop me speaking to people, going into shops, ordering food at restaurants among other things.

Since Saturday I have ordered food, I've been in loads of situations where I would of blushed and didn't, I have blushed in situations and absolutely love my glowing cheeks, l've put a lot of steps in place for my lovely business which I didn't think I was good enough for and that no one would be interested in and I no longer hide - all of this in a few days. I am less stressed and don't get that triggered ragey feeling I would get before with everything.

I feel calmer around my little girl and my lovely other half said my eyes and my face look different (in a good way)!!!

I will be forever grateful for what Tashy helped me with, my life every day is changing, I am not scared anymore.

Session

A Belief Coding® Session is up to 2.5 hours. You will be guided through the process working with your subconscious.

Results can be felt instantly particularly with a phobia, fear or anxiety over a certain thing and can be tested instantly.

Other things may take a few hours or days to notice the shift. You will however notice yourself doing things you wouldn't usually do or reacting to certain situations differently. I check in with you up to a month after.

Belief Coding® with Mind Navigation

Mind Navigation entails approximately 3 sessions around 2 hours each spread over 3 weeks.

This Process spread out with each session a powerful part of the transformation working on multiple discomforts allowing change in up to 100 limiting beliefs!

Understanding Our Minds

95% of the time we are on autopilot (doing things without even thinking about it, which is the subconscious working). So our subconscious is actually running the consciousness show.

It's your beliefs that dictate your actions. Most People know what they want but don't actually believe (on a subconscious level) they can have/deserve/feel worthy of it. So they never do the actions to bring their wants and needs into their reality. Internal chatter sounding something like "I can't do that, I am not worthy, they will judge me, I am not good enough" Sound familiar? 

Our minds are constantly stopping us from showing up as our authentic selves due to fear of rejection, judgement, and everything in between.

A personal example, I didn't like posting content of myself on social media because I would tell myself I'm introvert when it comes to things like this I don't feel comfortable.....

The reality was I had negative beliefs blocking me - "The Fear of judgement from others" and judging myself "I am not good enough" The uncomfortable feeling actually being fear.

In 1 Belief Coding® session I shifted those beliefs, shifted that fear and instantly after posted a video on Instagram with such ease! This one area I struggled with is now free enabling me to grow my business following my dream of helping others!

Subconscious

 

Every single experience we have has been stored in our subconscious. Our subconscious remembers pain and pleasure. We now know, when our subconscious experiences pain, that creates an emotional response that feels unsafe on a basic level.

Our subconscious is there to keep us safe, experiences that create an unsafe emotional response are stored in our subconscious.

In a moment of trauma, big or small, our subconscious will go into 'fight or flight' mode (which to the body in an unsafe emotional response) and created a 'protective belief' so that we avoid similar experiences in the future, to avoid the pain.

If the trauma or memory is stored in the subconscious, similar events will trigger old emotions and beliefs, reaffirming the limited belief.

If our body feels the way it did when the belief was created, our subconscious will hold us back to keep us safe and so it goes on, holding us back from living our best life, achieving what we want to achieve or being the person, we really want to be.

The Belief Coding® Method works in ALL areas of life, with any belief, issue and/or emotion that may be holding us back.
